How to start a return
To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can put things right.
Return condition
- Items should be returned in their original condition where possible.
- Please keep original packaging until you're sure you're happy with your item.
Refunds
Once a return is received and reviewed, we'll process your refund. We'll keep you updated throughout.
